Саме напередодні купальської ночі розпочався Перший Міжнародний фестиваль авторської пісні та Свято купальської традиції «Івана Купала на Голубих озерах». З вітальним словом до гостей та учасників фестивалю звернулись перший заступник голови обласної державної адміністрації Станіслав Прокопенко, перший заступник голови обласної ради Іван Коробка, заступник голови обласної ради Валентин Мельничук, голова постійної комісії обласної ради з питань сім'ї, молоді, спорту та туризму Іван Чаус, керівництво Ріпкинського та Чернігівського районів.Пообіді гостей фестивалю та відпочиваючих на Голубих озерах розважало «Екстрім-містечко» де всі бажаючи спробували себе в активних видах відпочинку з елементами екстремальних видів спорту, пізніше свою роботу розпочало «Містечко майстрів» за участю майстрів-гончарів, в якому відбулися майстер-класи з гончарст...
